Founder | SynergiWorks

I’m Rosalia Cranfield, founder of SynergiWorks and someone who’s lived the journey of international relocation first-hand. With over 30 years of experience across corporate, hospitality, and wellness sectors—and a Master’s in Social, Health, and Organizational Psychology—I support global professionals and their families through the emotional and psychological challenges of transition.

My approach bridges human connection with strategic insight. Whether coaching executives, facilitating women’s transition circles, or designing corporate integration programs, I work at the intersection of care and performance—helping people thrive, not just adjust.

Beyond the Office

Connection and care extend into all aspects of my life

When I’m not working, I’m usually outside—walking (my favourite walks are with a dog on the leash), recharging in nature, or exploring the world around me. I have a deep love for animals and regularly volunteer my time to meaningful causes, including human rights and animal welfare.

I find joy in the cultural and social richness of life: stand-up comedy, theatre, and shared laughter over good conversation. These moments keep me grounded—and remind me of the power of presence, perspective, and joy.
